Indicate if your gift is in memory, honor, or support of someone.
Confirm the honoree’s name.
Enter the card recipient’s information.
Add a personal message and signature.
Choose from one of the many card and occasion designs.
Fill in your payment information.
JFS will send a tribute card acknowledging your gift.

A tribute bank is a convenient way to send tributes throughout the year. Make a one-time donation of $180 or more to start your tribute bank and easily refill it using the same form when you are ready. Celebrating a special occasion or honoring one’s memory has never been easier.
