Developed by Stanford University, Personal Action Toward Health (PATH) was designed to help individuals manage their chronic pain and live life to the fullest. This six-week program is fun, interactive, and gives you tools and skills to handle persistent health issues.
Certified instructors teach you how to:

- Develop problem-solving skills
- Improve communication with healthcare providers
- Make healthier food choices
- Decrease stress
- Incorporate physical activity into your daily life
