We offer services and programming for older adults, their families, and family caregivers, and are committed to providing the best ways to help and guide you to the right resources.  

Our expert Geriatric Care Managers will determine your needs and provide a customized plan of care to help you safely age in place. Whether you require comprehensive services or just a little extra help, we’ll partner with you to ensure your needs are met.

Cognitive Wellness (Mind University)

As we grow older, we need to put our brains first. Mind University provides a variety of fun, educational classes, workshops, and presentations to help keep minds young and sharp.


ElderCare Solutions of Michigan

Is it time for more support? This 24/7 fee-based service will provide you with a one-time consultation, comprehensive assessment, or ongoing support. Our Geriatric Care Managers will guide you and your family through difficult conversations, offering objective assistance to identify appropriate solutions.


Family Caregiver Support

Are you caring for a loved one? Caregivers need support too! We offer training, support and resources to help reduce caregiver anxiety, depression and stress.


Geriatric Care Management

Our seasoned Geriatric Care Managers will help you figure out the best support and resources for you or your loved one, such as access to benefits, home care, companionship, transportation, household chores and more. 


Health Coaching/PATH

You are in the best position to manage your own health. But you don’t have to do it alone. Our certified health coaches provide support through individualized or group coaching as well as PATH (Personal Action Toward Health) classes and will help you create a personal plan to meet your goals.


Holocaust Survivor Assistance

We support our community’s Holocaust survivors by helping them maintain their independence so they may live safely and with dignity in their own homes for as long as possible.


Home Care

Home care allows older adults to maintain control over their lives and enables them to live in the comfort of their own home. A customized service plan is provided that may include light housekeeping, laundry, personal care, meal preparation and more.

Kosher Meals on Wheels

We partner with the National Council of Jewish Women to provide nutritious meals to eligible older adults.


Safety Technology

We provide wearable call buttons that send for assistance when pressed, as well as other assistive technology that make it possible for Jewish older adults to safely age in place.


Social Isolation Supports

We help older adults stay connected and reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation by providing iPads and technology training, online support groups, entertaining and educational online programming, and friendly visitors.


Translation & Interpretation

Our Russian translators help with a variety of translation and interpretation needs, including interpreting medical appointments and translating important documents.


Transportation

Schedule safe, reliable, door-through-door transportation for you or your loved one in and around Southeast Michigan.
