Jewish Family Service is a multi-faceted organization that provides services for every part of the family unit – older adults, caregivers, children and youth, individuals, parents and families as a whole. In addition to strengthening families, we provide important links and connections to community resources so that people are empowered with options to meet their need.
Fees for Service
Jewish Family Service has a variety of programs and services that are offered to the community. As a result of generous funding outside the Agency, some of these programs can be provided at a subsidized rate. Some Agency programs do not have external funding sources and therefore can not offer subsidized rates.
For some of the programs and services with a fee, we offer a sliding scale fee, which is based on your proof of income and household size. You are responsible for your fees once they have been established. You may be eligible for reimbursement through your health care insurance.
Appointments are scheduled in advance. Unfortunately, there may be a charge to you for a cancelled appointment without 24-hour notice (excluding Medicare clients). For further information regarding fee policies specific to your program, please talk to your staff contact.
